Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

However, due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand, delivery may take up to 30 business days in some cases.

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Orders Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipment date, please contact us at tryzorve@outlook.com.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but the package is not received, please contact your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
