Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, full refund, or partial refund (if eligible) depending on the situation.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in situations including but not limited to:

  • Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Opened or lightly used items

  • Returns missing original packaging

  • Customer-requested resolution without return

Partial refund amounts are determined at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
